Hot French Sandwich
A simple and nutritious French sandwich perfect for a delicious breakfast or quick snack at home, on vacation or at work. It has products that can be found in every kitchen.
Elements:
- White bread – 8 slices
- Butter – 30 grams
- Pork – 150 grams
- Hard cheese – 220 grams
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Vegetables – as desired
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking Method:
Let the butter melt at room temperature after removing it from the refrigerator.
When cooked, take the bread slices from before and spread each of the eight slices on one side of the butter.
Flip four slices of bread, set aside, two thin slices of ham and cheese such as mesadam, cheddar and gouda.
Place the remaining slices of buttered bread on it.
Place the sandwich on the hot grill. Make sure to leave a space between them so that the melted cheese doesn’t stick. If you have a pressure cooker, try to cover the sandwich slightly so the filling doesn’t spoil.
Crack the eggs into the hot pan one at a time. Fry until the yolk becomes semi-liquid.
Gather the sides of the plate by placing the scrambled eggs on top of the sandwich.
If desired, the eggs can be sprinkled with a little salt, pepper and herbs.

Roast Beef Sandwich
This method of making hot sandwiches is very interesting but time consuming. However, rest assured – the efforts will definitely not be in vain! The result is a nutritious, healthy and delicious meat sandwich.
Elements:
- Ciabatta – 12 slices
- Beef tenderloin – 650 grams
- Garlic – two heads
- Red onion – 60 grams
- Cucumber – 2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes – 280 grams
- Balsamic vinegar – 20 ml
- Arugula – 1 bunch.
- Hot pepper – 2 pcs.
- Butter – 30 grams
- Thyme – 5 sprigs
- Olive oil – 45-50 ml
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Method:
Mix the sea salt and pepper in a mortar and pestle and pound the mixture into the well-chilled meat.
Next, add 20 ml of olive oil to a preheated pan and fry the beef tenderloin until golden brown on both sides. It takes less than two minutes.
Sprinkle meat with minced garlic and thyme. Brush the top with melted butter.
Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and cook the meat in it for 16 to 18 minutes.
Take a fillet and wrap it in aluminum foil. Therefore, the meat should be kept in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
For the sauce, heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped red onion and pepper. Saute the vegetables on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, then add the tomatoes and cook for another 8 minutes. Finally, season the sauce with balsamic vinegar.
Brush the ciabatta slices with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cut the sirloin into slices.
Start assembling the sandwich: first layer the arugula and cucumber slices on the bread, then generously layer the meat with the tomato and onion sauce. Place another slice of ciabatta on top.
Fry for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
